Monday, Monday

We are in a holding pattern with our weather, cold, breezy (see that I used breezy, not windy), snow coming later tonite, hmm...sounds like a broken record.

But we must move along, washer in the back ground means it's a wash day, I try not to wash clothes on the weekend or at least not Sunday, would like to think that is my day of rest. For two people we sure do have lots of laundry, lol.

Later this week Les (hubby) and I have an appointment with a potential client who may want to send some of his treasures to auction, so I will let you know the outcome of that. We were happy to get that call, it proves that advertising no matter how small or big does work.

Have a good day, I am going outside around lunch when the Sun will be high in the sky to move some snow, wish me luck :-).

Happy Presidents' Day friends.

Mid-Week

Off to our booth at Weil Antiques Center today. Sale starts tomorrow, so I need to add a few things and freshen it. Sale runs thru Tuesday, so it covers St.Valentine's Day and Presidents Day. Check it out if you live in the area.

Bright sun shining today, should go above 32, yippy!! But, I believe that might be it for temps above freezing for a few days :-(.

Have a great day!

One Month Closer Till.....

Hi Everyone, By the lack of my posts you can see I missed December and January, not sure what I did with all that time but I am back. I did keep up with everyone from time to time and when I could I did comment. So, the title of my post is One Month Closer, hmm...What could that mean. Well, it's one month closer to Spring and one month closer to our Tailgate Auctions. We had a great time doing them and meeting new people that Les decided he wanted to keep it going. Watch this blog, Les's facebook page, his blog and auctionzip for updates. I can tell you that they will be starting in April (weather permitting).

Speaking of weather, we are getting ready for another storm here in Pennsylvania and I know many of my followers are too. Soup is simmering on the stove in case we lose power tomorrow, snowblower is on the porch and the bird feeders will be re-filled later today. Firewood, candles, batteries are always at the ready, so we are good.

February is the month of many things here are a few;

Tomorrow is Groundhog Day, will he or won't he see is shadow?

Have a great Sunday!
